Our Experiences!
City Business Center Timisoara – Proposal 2017
With this proposal, we tried to setback the solitude we experience during office hours, offering the alternative through which this transition space has a meaning, generates emotion and encourages connection with others. Both the concept of the Babylonian Library (building A) and the “return to nature” garden of Eden (Building B) are concepts in which spaces grow and communicate with passersby.
B-lay Offices – proposal 2017
B-lay is not a conventional company and does not intend to become either. Having the inspiration of the existing design and taking into account the employees’ wishes from which the most frequent were the “home” feeling, closeness to nature and tranquility, we transformed the three floors into a unique and vibrant office space. From our perspective, the word that characterizes the B-lay team is freedom, and we wanted it to transcend from the design concept.
MARIA Clinique, Bucuresti 2014
The first medical clinic in Romania that integrates all the therapies necessary for the recovery and social integration of children with severe deficiencies (ADHD, Down syndrome, psychomotor retard, autism, hydrocephalus, spastic tetra paresis). Objects and objectives come to life gradually, in a space where colors are attributed to different functions and medical counseling is built not only as a simple therapeutic process, but also as a harmonious and amusing route.
Coldwell Banker – Unirii Branch 2015
Small space, lighted on one side, where 6 functions had to be included, traffic flows did not have to intersect, many employees reported no. optimal on mp. Result: 2 meeting rooms, 1 waiting room, reception desk, 2 individual desks, 9 workspaces for agents, 1 kitchen & dining room.
Hilti Headquarters – 2008 & 2012
Within just 4 years, the client’s employees doubled and therefore, the need to accommodate a call-center and a spacious board-room materialized. The new location is also an industrial hall, with natural light on one side only. The partitions were dictated by the location of the call-center, so that the noise does not disturb the employees, the large meeting room, and the transition between it and the rest of the offices. Expositors located on the side of the common hall with the lobby have a double role: they show the evolution of Hilti-produced tools and are an extra light source. These are repeated in the office design.
Schoenher and Associates Law Firm
Beginning in 2003, collaboration with the Schoenher and Associates Law Firm continues today, the last project being the terrace design.
Refurbishment of MOKA Studio Design 2010
The result obtained after redesign: 2 meeting rooms, 1 study room, optimization of communication, access and lighting. The disadvantage of the space – located at the basement of a villa built in 1934 – was the natural light, which was surpassed by the interior finishes, the white walls and the tiles flooring in the 60×60 cm plate that imitated the newspaper. The floor is made of tiled tiles.
The redevelopment has resulted in a friendly and creative atmosphere, but also more light. The Ikea Mobile is in harmony with iconic design pieces such as Inet Maurer’s Zettel’z lamp – one of its reference pieces that expose love letters printed on Japanese paper.
Agricover Proposal
Agricover wanted a representative arrangement for the headquarters reception area.
Happyfish & Green Chanel
Happyfish – one of the first Internet TV channels from Romania, set up in early 2007, addresses the age range of 16 to 45 years. The budget was modest, but the technical and functional requirements were ample: recording studio, studio for live shows, relaxation space.
Wopa Advertising Headquarters 2017
The new Wopa Advertising headquarters is the floor of an interwar building in the Spanish Market area. The interior design had to harmonize the building’s personality and the agency’s specific creativity, combining in an open space meeting areas with workstations, separated by departments, all in a budget that was a challenge to our imagination.
Concept Proposal

Being in nature has proven to make individuals feel calmer, more creative, happier and healthier.
Commuting to work by bike can help you start your day with less stress, new research suggests, and the benefit may have lasting effects through the afternoon and evening.
The combination of several textures and finishes adds interest to a space, and allows for heightened sensory elements.
Employees are more productive and happier when they can interact freely with each other in a creative, inspiring setting. “plug and play” from any type of setting.
Studies show that acoustically-friendly spaces with comfortable lighting and optimum temperatures increase employee wellbeing, productivity and satisfaction – which in turn reduces absenteeism and staff turnover.
